Yesterday, to get a russ knot, some of us went on a double “date” at the dump. Dress up, bring a table, open a bottle of champagne, drink it, eat some chocolate, eat a burger in two bites (aleks), eat a kebab with no hands (margrete), leave. Good times!
Today: Not much before about 20.00, when we went down to the beach and hung out with a bunch of russ kids, grilled food and laughed at them speaking drunk English. With the sunset and the Norwegian landscape, naturally.
In other news, I am now working quite a bit, have the last party of russ time on Saturday (epic), am then working Sunday morning on the festive day that is May 17th, and am going to Steinkjer to visit Ørjan and Maddie (!!!) on Monday. I´m getting restless in the city; both immersion in nature and traveling sound really appealing. I want to go to Skarstad and spend a day on the sea, or (especially) ride a bike through Lofoten. For now, it´s journalism time.
